This Leading Through Change Workshop will prepare the leaders to develop strategies and structure for change management along with information, tools and support to effectively lead staff through transitions.

The overall purpose of this facilitated workshop will be to:

  • Prepare leaders to remain positive, active and involved throughout any change in the workplace.
  • Define roles and responsibilities in change initiatives.
